The Effects of Temperature and Acidification on 3 Coral Species: Zoanthus sociatus, Caulastrea furcata, & Sinularia notanda

I conducted my research experiment from June 2021 to November 2021. I set up three tanks: Tank 1 was high temperature, Tank 2 was control, and Tank 3 was high temperature and low pH. A sample of each of the three corals was placed in each tank, summing to a total of 9 corals. Photos were taken daily to measure changes in physical appearance. The project was carried out to contribute to research regarding the differences in resiliency among leather corals (S. notanda) and hardy corals (Z. sociatus and C. furcata).
